Soulja on The Native Noise Acoustic Collection

November 18, 2004

As one of Cape Town’s most outspoken bands Soulja have ripped stages apart across the country. The band fuses rap-rock, hard-rock, reggae and afro-funk together in a powerful live performance. Soulja’s debut album, 21 Gun Slut, was extremely well received at the end of 2003. Songs like Plan My Attack, Girl Power & War/No More Trouble have received extensive airplay on UCT Radio and other good stations. Soulja are currently perfecting new material for a forthcoming second release. The band’s Native Noise performance in Oct 2004 included a brand new song. ATFUKSY was written briefly before the show, as a fun upbeat track it adds a great edge to The Native Noise Acoustic Collection.
