This band’s name is not Vol – it’s V-O-L. If you want to be entirely correct it’s V-O-L MOTHERF***ER! With that in mind you’ll know that VOL are not a pop-rock kind of band. Frustrated by the lack of well-known or successful hard rock bands in the country they decided to form their own. VOL recorded one of their first gigs and have been distributing it for free. Now they are working on a studio recording that will be on sale in the near future. Your Presence Felt is the band’s first attempt at playing unplugged, the fact that they pulled it off shows that they really are a heavy band with the balls to try something new.
