No one really knows what happened
We get hung up on the details as if they can help us understand
He was a good friend to so many
But no one was a good enough friend to stop this
Is that what pushed him?
We had such laughs and madness
He was always the life of the party
We relied on him to make everyone smile
He danced on the pedestal people placed him on
Is that what made him fall?
He was such a ladies man
Ranch dressing and boobies
The alpha male with less testosterone
No woman could get to him
Is that what made him tumble down?
It is so unlike him
‘It makes no sense’, everyone would say
‘That’s not the guy I know’
We have to wonder if anyone really did know him
Is that what made him hit the ground?
