I want to bask in the light at the end of the tunnel
I want to pick up a guitar and play music that moves people
I want to know that I made the right career move
I want to be locked in that embrace without risking rejection
I want to know exactly how to please her on the first date
I want to have books of my poetry without picking up a pen
There are so many things I want to achieve
Without taking the necessary steps
If I could skip all the difficult lessons
I’d be nothing but an old man
With lots of skills and a boring life to look back on
Fast Forward
