When It Ends

February 24, 2008

When roles are written in the opening act
He’ll still be an arsehole as the credits run
When all the pieces don’t fit in the puzzle
Finding two that do is a futile attempt
When you agree to disagree
You are no closer to a solution
When the truth is not enough
You won’t find the answers you want
When actions are a conscious effort
Why quantify the rewards?
Because when there is only guilt and no regret
It is clearly for the best
