My Schengen holiday visa was set to expire at the end of June so we booked a weekend getaway in Barcelona. We saw a lot of the beautiful city including a lot of Gaudi’s incredible designs. There was some great beach time, a massive thunder storm and good food.

For reasons unknown to me I’ve never used Adobe’s Lightroom to process my RAW photos but I recently invested in Lightroom 4. I always relied on Photoshop’s Camera RAW to process my images, thinking that would be enough. This is the first batch of photos I’ve processed with Lightroom and I’ll never look back. Admittedly, I may have over-done it with some presets but overall I loved using the program.
