My 3rd iTunes LP had to be built on a very tight deadline. The ultimate-uber-deluxe digital package of Pendulum’s ‘Immersion’ was designed by Kate Brighouse – using a lot of design elements provided by a long-standing Pendulum collaborator, Valp.

The iTunes LP includes the 15 track ‘Immersion’ album, 12 remixes, 3 music videos, 3 behind the scenes videos about making the album, a feature from Pendulum’s live show at Wembley Arena, footage of the tour visuals used in live shows and a collection of photographs.

I designed the photo gallery using one of Valp’s website backgrounds and included the full-screen zoom functionality I used on the Foals iTunes LP.

The remixes section we envisioned required a bit of new code to achieve. I wrote a custom Javascript function that changes the page background and playlist buttons according to which remix is selected.

Once again I briefed WME to put together a top class video trailer showcasing the LP. This had a great reaction from Pendulum fans on YouTube.
