One week before the launch of the Wombats’ second album ‘This Modern Glitch’ Spotify ran a campaign featuring an exclusive interview with the band.

Caroline Beashel sat the band down to record a podcast about the new album. This would then be accessible through a pop-up lightbox within Spotify.

Kate Brighouse designed the page and I wrote the necessary code to make the lightbox function. I created a custom skin for an mp3 player to load the track from an Akamai StreamOS server.

The lightbox then includes basic buy and listen links to further promote the new album.
